The selected candidates will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse, logistics, and delivery operations to ensure smooth workflow, quality service, and team efficiency.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of team members in warehouse or delivery operations

  • Ensure timely sorting, packaging, and dispatch of goods according to company standards

  • Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of assigned staff

  • Maintain accurate operational records and daily work reports

  • Support management in achieving productivity and safety goals

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve workplace issues

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations

 

 

🎓 Job Requirements:

  1. Age Limit: 18 to 45 years

  2. Educational Qualification: Minimum SSC or equivalent pass

  3. Passport Validity: Minimum 1 year

  4. Language Skills: Basic English communication (reading, writing, and speaking)

  5. Experience: Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or team supervision will be an added advantage

  6. Health: Physically fit and medically sound for overseas employment
