OZON, one of Russia’s largest and fastest-growing e-commerce companies, is looking for active, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our operations team as Helpers.
The selected candidates will assist in warehouse, packaging, loading, unloading, and general labor tasks to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across company facilities.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles

• Help in sorting, packing, labeling, and moving items within the warehouse

• Support supervisors and team leaders in day-to-day operational tasks

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace

• Handle goods carefully to prevent damage

• Follow safety guidelines and company operational procedures

• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors

🎓 Job Requirements:

1. Age Limit: 18 to 45 years

2. Educational Qualification: Minimum SSC or equivalent pass

3. Passport Validity: Minimum 1 year

4. Language Skills: Basic English communication (reading, writing, and speaking)

5. Experience: Prior experience in warehouse, factory, or helper roles will be an added advantage

6. Health: Physically fit and medically sound for overseas employment
