⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor tasks as assigned, including handling materials, assisting production processes, and supporting skilled workers

• Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision

• Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas

• Adhere to company safety, quality, and operational standards

• Follow supervisors’ instructions and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

• Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing materials as required

• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow

🎓 Eligibility & Requirements:

1. Age Limit: 18–45 years

2. Education: Minimum SSC / Equivalent Pass

3. Language Skills: Basic Japanese – Mandatory

4. Experience: Prior experience in factory, warehouse, or general labor is preferred but not mandatory

5. Health: Physically fit and medically cleared for overseas employment

6. Passport: Valid for at least 1 year

• Duty Hours: 9 hours daily with overtime opportunities
